Ron Hansen

Ron started flying in 1994 and currently holds a commercial SEL certificate with about 900 hrs logged. He started playing National STOL games in 2024 as a volunteer then competed in the Vintage Cub class in 2025, taking home the National Champion trophy at the finals. He is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, currently works an IT job to pay for airplanes, and jointly owns several planes. In addition to building a Bearhawk Companion in his basement, he just started Daywalker Aviation to help others build and improve their experimental airplanes.
